Founded in 1928, Genuine Parts Company (GPC) is a service organization engaged in the distribution of automotive replacement parts through the NAPA Automotive Parts Group, industrial replacement parts through Motion Industries, office, safety, and cleaning products through the S.P. Richards Company, and electrical/electronic materials through EIS. Our products and services are offered through a network of approximately 2,650 operations located throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand.
GPC’s distribution expertise and well positioned, regionally located distribution centers continue to provide us with the unique ability to adapt our products and services to the ever changing needs of our customers. Who We Are
Located in Shenzhen and Shanghai, China, GPC Global Sourcing is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Genuine Parts Company (GPC), and functions as the official worldwide sourcing office for all divisions within the GPC organization. Both the Shenzhen and Shanghai offices are responsible for offshore sourcing, order processing, shipment tracking, inspections, product specifications shipment logistics, packaging, and offshore administrative needs.

Automotive Parts Group
Our Subsidiaries
The Automotive Parts Group, the largest division of GPC, distributes approximately 475,000 automotive replacement parts, accessory items and service items throughout North America, Australia and New Zealand. In North America, parts are sold primarily under the NAPA brand name, widely recognized for quality parts, quality service and knowledgeable people. The Company’s GPC Asia Pacific business serves the Australasian markets primarily under the brand name Repco.
NAPA
In the U.S., NAPA includes over 58 distribution centers, 16,000 NAPA AutoCare Centers and more than 6,000 independently-owned and company-owned stores. NAPA carries an extensive inventory of more than 475,000 parts for automotive and industrial applications.
Rayloc
Rayloc is the internal import and redistribution business unit within the Automotive Parts Group for automotive friction parts and other automotive replacement parts. Rayloc operates four redistribution facilities located strategically within the US where product is warehoused and shipped to all NAPA locations.
Balkamp
Balkamp is the internal import and redistribution business unit within the Automotive Parts Group for automotive tools and accessories. Balkamp operates two redistribution facilities located strategically within the US where product is warehoused and shipped to all NAPA locations.
UAP
A wholly owned subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company, UAP is the Canadian leader in the distribution and merchandising of automotive replacement parts and accessories for cars, trucks and heavy vehicles. There are 700+ UAP retail stores and 12 DCs in the UAP Canadian network, including both NAPA AUTO PARTS stores and Traction Heavy Duty Parts Stores

Altrom Group is one of North America's leading wholesale distributors of OEM import car parts and top quality alternatives, offering the right fit, form, function and color.
TW, Traction and UAP HVPD
TW, Traction, and UAP HVPD, make up the Heavy Vehicles Parts Group of GPC. This division is a key distributor of heavy duty vehicle parts throughout North America.

Products cover over 100,000 items including wire and cable, insulating and conductive materials, assembly tools and test equipment.

EIS is one of North America’s leading distributors of process materials, production supplies, specialty wire and cable, and value added fabricated parts supplying the electrical OEM, motor repair and various assembly markets with over 100,000 critical products from 39 branches and 6 fabrication facilities located in North America.
