ASSURANCE

Quality control and shipment inspections are arranged and coordinated by GPC Global Sourcing employees geographically located near key manufacturing areas. Our Quality Assurance team is dedicated to monitoring production processes, ensuring product is manufactured according to GPC quality standards, conducting pre-shipment inspections, and maintaining product specifications.

GPC quality assurance staff utilize industry standard process to conduct, report, and track, all supplier audits, pre-shipment inspections, and corrective action measures.

Quality Audits

ISO or TS16949 audits are conducted on all manufacturer targeted as potential supplier to GPC. Audits are performed by GPC Global Sourcing QA staff whenever possible

Social Audits

All suppliers to GPC must undergo a Social Audit. These audits provide insight to each manufacturer's ability to meet GPC's Social Policy. GPC has partnered with SGS to conduct all Social Audits.

Pre-Shipment Inspections

This document is required to notify out team production is ready for final, preshipment inspection.

Inspection or Product Failure

This document will be utilized by our QA team to ensure proper steps are taken to identify root causes and corrective action is taken when shipments do not pass inspection or for any other product failure.

Packaging

Each GPC subsidiary has specific packaging requirements for products they distribute in their respective markets. Packing details and artwork will be provided during new product development or during supplier onboarding.
